HOUSE DEMS BEGIN TO TIGHTEN THE SCREWS

No surprise. We saw this coming in one form or another. Pelosi has strengthened her hand in the house by making a rules change that will make it nearly impossible for the republicans to stop her agenda. For example, "motion to recommit" is a hundred-year-old rule that has all but been eliminated by Pelosi.

“These rules were put in place so that the minority would always have a chance to bring their ideas to the floor and even send a bill back to committee. Over and over again we were able to do that in the last Congress and apparently that was enough for Speaker Pelosi, and so this hundred-year-old precedent has been broken…"--Rep. Roy Blunt.

There are other changes, too. Rep. Roy Blunt of Missouri explains the situation during a Newsmax TV interview. Also, you can read about it here.

Folks, this is going to be ugly.
