UPDATE: Radio Patiot has the news.

I noted that Gibbs ended the White House press briefing with this reporter's question, probably so he wouldn't have to worry about another reporter following up with a similar inquiry. But with a room full of sheep, I doubt he'd have to worry about that happening. Even though Gibbs mocked the question, the reporter and the 400,000 who have signed the petition, it is progress. It's a matter of record.
