Mitt Romney will have to work around the clock to get a handle on this story. But, no matter how hard he works at it, Rudy Giuliani will be hitting the Romney campaign at every opportunity. Before it's over, I expect the other republican candidates to pile on as well. Oh, and don't forget Bill O'Reilly; this story's smack dab in the middle of his wheelhouse.

UPDATE: I am told that this story already ran during Thanksgiving, then went away. I missed it. A Google search confirms this. Sunday, Dec 2nd, this story and the picture ran as the headline at the LA Times. Just a little out of step with the rest of the msm. Here's some background on how this judge was confirmed.
