BATTING .500 IN SACRAMENTO TERROR TRIALS

Like father, like son. Sorry, not today.

Hamid Hayat was found guilty on all counts against him. Earlier in the day everyone was shocked to hear that his father's trial was declared a mistrial. By the way, you heard that news first on Constitutional Public Radio. They even scooped Fox on that one.

Anyway, daddy may get off but sonny boy is going to the slammer where he belongs.

"The six man, six woman jury was in its ninth day of deliberations, when at 3:20 this afternoon they sent a note to Judge Garland E. Burrell saying they had a unanimous verdict.

The 23-year-old Hayat was charged with providing material support to terrorists and three counts of lying to federal investigators. Hayat appeared to have little reaction as he listened to the verdict through an interpreter."
