LET'S HELP A FELLOW BLOGGER

The Captain's Quarters is appealing to all bloggers to help one of our own. Kate, of Electric Venon, had a biking accident and lost some of her front teeth. The resulting dental bills are daunting and she's forced to ask for donations so she can begin the necessary reconstruction of her mouth. Captain Ed says good things about her, trusts her, so I'm in.

Going to the dentist is a lot like going to a lawyer: it can be uncomfortable, expensive, and neither will do a thing before getting some greenbacks in hand. Kate's reconstruction bill is around 10 large and so far the blogging community has knocked that in half. If we all send a little something to her, I'm sure we can get this gal out in public and smiling again.
