WE ARE LESS SECURE THAN EVER

It seems the TSA is taking orders from CAIR these days. Your President and the other "so-called" leaders in Washington seem to be ok with this approach to our security. I am not. What the hell is going on here?

I had seen the story about TSA/CAIR, heard it on CPR, but when I read the post and links at Powerline, I became more concerned. This is insane. Am I wrong? Read the short post at PL here.

PL then links to an article by Andrew McCarthy, who points out the insanity of this situation:

WHAT THEY DON’T TELL YOU
Nowhere, for example, does the TSA, a key component of the Bush Homeland Security Cabinet Department, mention a word about CAIR’s embryonic ties to Hamas — a designated foreign terrorist organization under U.S. law since 1995....

Again, what the hell is going on here? Why would we, our leadership, think for one second to consult CAIR? Now, if CAIR was out front telling the Muslim community to work with the TSA and to be patient, I could see bringing them in. But CAIR is doing the opposite; they are working against us. CAIR is screaming each time a Muslim is stopped at a security point, which is pointed out in this article posted at CAIR's website.

According to another article, CAIR has been keeping your FBI and other agents busy in Florida: How long has this been going on?

FBI counter-terrorism agents in Florida attended a “sensitivity training” workshop yesterday conducted by a controversial Islamic lobby group.

CAIR’s Florida branch, CAIR-FL, said in a statement that “more than 150 law enforcement agents, including FBI and Joint Terrorism Task Force supervisory personnel, attended the workshop that examined basic Islamic beliefs and concepts, common stereotypes of Islam and Muslims and ways in which to improve interactions with the Muslim community.”

If this remains as our policy, we don't have a snowball's chance in hell. Insanity.

And to make matters worse, things are right on track in my town.
