ANN BARNHARDT GIVES A BLOCK OF INSTRUCTION: ROMNEY 101

Most of us are figuring the RNC will attempt to force Mittens on us as the republican nominee for president. If this comes to pass, the RNC leadership will be in for a shock to end all political shocks. In short, Mittens is no conservative. Ann Barnhardt not only drives that point home, but includes in her hard-hitting analysis of Romney a rather comprehensive history of the man and his past deeds. Feel free to take notes.

SENATOR BARBARA MIKULSKI TO RETIRE; HARRY REID NEXT?

Just ran across a story about Sen. Barbara Mikulski of Maryland. She's retiring? Another Dem hits the road? Is it Christmas or what? Anyway, the story indicates she'll be announcing in a few days. According to the post, it's for medical reasons. Shortly we'll be finding out if it's true or not, but for now it looks credible. Hat Tip to HILLBUZZ.

I can't keep up with all the politicians, both republicans and democrats, who are heading for the exits--here's a listing. Again, is it Christmas?

Also, in the comments from the post below this one, Greybeard mentions to not forget about the republicans. I didn't, I was just focused on Evan Bayh, a dem, and was quite shocked to hear the news. But your point is well taken--we need to focus on the republicans just as much as the communists. Get rid of them all. Right now, party means nothing to me. The constitution, our nation, is all we should be focused on, along with those who support it as well as those who clearly do not.

Yes, we are taking back America in 2010. Here's Lloyd Marcus:

WHAT'S "SHEA KING" TONIGHT?

THE ANDREA SHEA KING SHOW begins at 9 PM ET.

Tonight, Michael Johns will join us to discuss the latest news about the Tea Party movement and where it's headed. More and more rumors are springing up about the Tea Party, Johns will address those as well. Andrea has the video of his recent interview with CBS' Katie Couric, where he did an impressive job, to say the least.

So, join us this evening for what will certainly be an informative look into the Tea Party movement. Who knows, maybe a little birth certificate discussion will ensue. 9PM ET--be there! Below, Michael Johns (r) on the set with Couric.

HELP WANTED: LEADERSHIP IN CONGRESS, MANY POSITIONS NOW AVAILABLE

Retired LTC Allen West is the type of conservative candidate who can help put America back on the tracks to recovery. The establishment republican party, led by Michael "Welcome to our big tent" Steele," has a different idea. West, and many conservatives like him, don't figure prominently in the RNC's 2010 plan. Well, the RNC doesn't figure in our plans, either.

I've always been impressed with West and I'm confident he'll be one of Florida's new congressmen come November 2010. You don't live in Florida? Send him some support anyway. We need more leaders like West in congress.

West for U. S. Congress--Florida's District 22:

Part of West's speech reminded me of Patton's closing remarks below:

*The Speech: June 5, 1944--Gen. George S. Patton, Jr.*

"...The General paused. His eagle like eyes swept over the hillside. He said with pride, "There is one great thing that you men will all be able to say after this war is over and you are home once again. You may be thankful that twenty years from now when you are sitting by the fireplace with your grandson on your knee and he asks you what you did in the great World War II, you WON'T have to cough, shift him to the other knee and say, "Well, your Granddaddy shoveled shit in Louisiana." No, Sir, you can look him straight in the eye and say, "Son, your Granddaddy rode with the Great Third Army and a Son-of-a-Goddamned-Bitch named Georgie Patton!"

20 years from now, what will your response be when your grandchildren ask the question?
