TEA PARTY FUTURE: LESS GLAMOUR, MORE EFFECTIVE

In his Washington Examiner column, Glenn Reynolds of Instapundit writes about the future of the Tea Party movement. Reynolds explains where the real work is being accomplished. Reynolds attended the April 15 Cincinnati TP rally:

"But although that rally -- and the hundreds like it around the country that day -- was a scene of great excitement, that kind of excitement isn't the future of the Tea Party movement. The future, instead, is something much less glamorous, but much more important, than mass rallies and marches." --continue reading.

Big government spending is one of the issues fueling the Tea Party movement. Here's a congressional scorecard listing who voted for some of the biggest spending programs in the history of mankind--from TARP to Health Care Reform. For information on how this scorecard came about, click here.

Instapundit documents his many travels through photography, and uses a variety of equipment. He has a good eye for composition too. My favorite is of Instawife surfing the 'net in the middle of the night. As if standing her post, she seems to know that the enemy never sleeps...

TEA PARTY III: "THE EMPIRE STATE" EDITION

LAST NIGHT, TPX tour embed Andrea Shea King hitched a ride with the entertainers on the Gold Bus to Albany. During the ride, Andrea interviewed Victoria Jackson and Jimmy Labriola on her radio show. It wasn't your normal TPX interview. Let's just say it was... entertaining. The Radio Patriot has the story and show archive link.

******

DAY 18 takes the TPX III tour to rallies in Albany, NY--10 am; then to Concord, NH--4 pm.

Andrea has a great round up of DAY 17's Buffalo rally. As usual, great commentary and pics. Also, a nice piece from Lloyd Marcus, "Taking pride in a job well done."

RIGHTNETWORK brings you the Tea Party experience:

MARATHON PUNDIT is posting about today's Albany TPX rally, and the upcoming Boston rally with Sarah Palin. The Boston Globe is reporting on Palin's TPX rally as well.

NOISYROOM continues to update readers throughout the day with TPX rally reports and press releases. Just scroll to your heart's content.

GLENN REYNOLDS at Instapundit offers up TPX III and Tea Party links too. And don't forget about PJTV's call for citizen reporters to file reports from local Tax Day Tea Parties. It's your chance to make a difference.

***The Nashville Question: Will Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) be attending today's rally?

Remember, each Tea Party rally can be viewed via your computer, so tell friends, family, neighbors or strangers in the street about TEA PARTY EXPRESS TV--brought to you by tour embeds, Wm and Selena Owens. Btw, they also produce that beautiful TPX III Commemorative Journal pictured below.

***Day 8 in Tupelo is covered by tour embed ANDREA SHEA KING--great report and pictures--"SWEET AS TUPELO HONEY"

With Easter Sunday thoughts, Marathon Pundit from the Greater Chicagoland area, covers TPX III.

And we'd like to thank those bloggers--big and small--who are helping get the word out about the tour. Yesterday there seemed to be a rise in interest as well as coverage, and we thank all of you for jumping on board. The TPX III crew noticed and were very excited. Each day we're under attack in the MSM, so we can use all the help we can get. *Special thanks to Instapundit.

TEA PARTY EXPRESS III: "YOU GAVE ME A MOUNTAIN" EDITION

**Welcome Instapundit Readers.

TONIGHT: "Live" from Tupelo, THE ANDREA SHEA KING SHOW at 9 pm et.

At the back of the bus, Andrea Shea King.

Day 8 of the Tea Party Express III brings the crew to Little Rock, Arkansas, for a 10:00 am rally, then later in the day, Tupelo, Mississippi, at 4:00 pm. All times are local (cst).

John Ruberry at Marathon Pundit won't be at the rally in Tupelo, but he's been there before. Today, John writes about the TPX III as well as one of his visits to Elvis' birthplace. John, however, will be attending the rally in Rockford, Illinois.

If you can't attend in person, do it via the internet at TPX TV.

Obama has given us a mountain to climb, and we will climb it. Elvis, I'm sure, would be right there with us supporting TPX III:
