BREITBART, ANDREA SHEA KING REPORT ON OBAMA'S CURRENT PROBLEMS AND HISTORICAL CONNECTIONS WITH COMMUNISM--JUST ANOTHER ELECTION CYCLE FOR THE DEMOCRATS... AND SOME GUTLESS REPUBLICANS

A Communist is a Communist is a Communist. No matter how you wrap it, sell it, teach it, color it, advertise it.  A Communist is a Communist.

Death, doom, and bodies stacked by the millions like so much cord wood is all you'll ever get from that one word: Communism.  History proves this to be true time and time again. If you're connected with its teachings, you can be defined simply as evil. No ifs, no ands, no buts.  Just evil.

Even Our Dear Leader in Washington DC, Obama, is one.  Yes, he's a Communist through and through. Never once has there been a doubt about that moniker being attached to the Great One hailing from the South Side of Chicago, unless it was a talker at the Westwing's MSNBC.

But as BREITBART is reporting, the shine might be wearin' a bit thin on the Obama Communist luster these days. According to experts, this is no way to begin your 2012 Presidential Communist Campaign: a not so full Presidential Communist Campaign Arena? Say it isn't so, Uncle Joe.

And to take this story down the road of past and some present day figures involved with Communism, Andrea Shea King at The Radio Patriot takes you for a stroll through Communism's history pages here in the USA, and some of the pages open to the door of Our Great Leader, Obama, his family as well as his close friends and associates.

If by chance you don't believe me, just ask Victoria Jackson who's livin' in your White House. Oh, go ahead.  Ask.

ANDREA SHEA KING RETURNS WITH GUEST JOHN RUBERRY OF MARATHON PUNDIT

This evening on The Andrea Shea King Show, our little Radio Patriot will be returning to the airwaves from Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast area.  Andrea has been very busy with personal, family business as well as a trip to BlogCon over the weekend.

Joining Andrea tonight will be ChicagoLand blogger John Ruberry of the well known blog Marathon Pundit.  Ruberry will be giving his take on the BlogCon conference and Andrea will be giving her opinion of the largest gathering of conservative bloggers too.  Should be interesting and informative.

In addition to BlogCon info, we'll be asking Ruberry to discuss a recent post at his site that covers the financial failings of his home state of Illinois.  According to Illinois officials, Illinois is way behind in paying people who do business with the state. And when I say "behind," I mean $9 Billion in BEHIND.  It's a financial train wreck and someone's going to be left holding the bill.  We're hoping Ruberry can shed more light on the subject as well as give us some insight into which state he thinks will win the race to bankruptcy!

Ok, Andrea's back--tune in at 9 pm et for THE ANDREA SHEA KING SHOW

LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION !!--IT'S "MARATHON PUNDIT VIDEO" COVERING THE FINANCIAL AND POLITICAL MESS IN ILLINOIS

John Ruberry at Marathon Pundit is covering one of my favorite topics: the fall of the State of Illinois. Using his new feature, Marathon Pundit Video, Ruberry covered Dick Morris high atop The John Hancock Center as Morris commented on the situation Illinois finds itself in. Now don't get me wrong, I like the state--I was born there--but what Illinois is going through financially is a lesson that we all need to learn.

Illinois and California are in the same financial boat, so to speak, and that boat is takin' on water in the form of debt and a shrinking tax base. There's no goin' back to the port to pick up more cash. There is no cash. The important lesson here, as painful as it is, is that progressive policies do not work , never have, and never will. They all end in financial catastrophe.

What Illinois and California are about to go through is the result of many years--decades--of liberal, progressive spending policies and sweetheart deals with the unions. The resulting financial carnage will not be pretty nor will it be easy to get through, except for the politicians who've brought us to the brink of ruin. Each of them, as well as their loved ones, will be just fine. One more thing to consider here: this carnage I speak of is unavoidable. When you're bankrupt, you're bankrupt. There's going to be a painful period of recovery, and that time is nearby.

As we observe Illinois and California go through the process of total financial collapse, know too that other states are not far behind. These are just two of the worst cases on record, and since I was born in one and live in the other, I pay particular attention to what Ruberry posts on the subject.

The takeaway for me is this: We're told over and over again that liberal, progressive spending policies have brought us to this point. This is true. But it isn't quite accurate to say only liberals--democrats--are the cause of this financial failure and breakdown of the system. No, there was another party involved here as well--the republicans.

Oh, really, you say? Unless the democrats have super-majorities, they must have cooperation from the party across the aisle for passage of these massive spending plans that are repeated year after year, decade after decade. It's not one year of ridiculous spending that brings a state or the Federal government to its knees, it's years of cooperation from both sides that has brought this horror story to your household.

Both republicans and democrats share the same set of sheets, they attend the same cocktails parties that you aren't invited to but get to pay for. In other words, you and your loved ones are the suckers who get to pay for this mess, suffer through the many years of recovery and all the while the MSM telegraphs to you that it's the other party's fault. Bullshit on that.

Criminals of this nature have no real allegiance to any party or country, and until you get that through your head, you and your loved ones are doomed. These son-of-a-bitches holding political power--no matter the party--should be in jail, or under the jail for putting in jeapordy the greatest nation known to mankind. If America fails, the world fails. And when that happens, then you'll understand the true meaning of suffering.

Since we're speaking of John Ruberry and his Marathon Pundit blog site, I'd like to point out that John was linked in Andrea's Surfin' Safari column this week at WND. It was the lead story and it involves Derrick Bell and Critical Race Theory. So check out this week's Surfin' Safari.

HILLBUZZ VS. "THE MACHINE"--UPDATED

*UPDATE: Interview with Hillbuzz confirmed. Thursday 9pm et, The Andrea Shea King Show.

Greybeard never read the blog, but now that he has he thinks it's time to L&L. Well, he's probably correct. Clear on the right, clear on the left... the range is now clear. And once the range is clear, you know what to do, right?

The blog in question: Hillbuzz--there's plenty going on over there, and they could use your support. We're talking about Obama thugs and the Chicago machine. We've requested an interview with Hillbuzz ASAP and we'll let you know if that pans out. Here's an excerpt from their site:

"Every day we get a little closer to exposing the people behind all this. Once we have concrete proof of who it is, we will indeed publish your identities for all the world to see, just as you revealed one of us, posted his picture, told people he is a racist, and encouraged Obama supporters in Chicago to harm him physically, financially, emotionally, and personally."

HILLBUZZ.ORG is now on my blogroll.

MONDAY'S QUICK HITS

Catching my eye this morning and over the weekend:

*Nothing at all to see here. It was a "Chicago suicide," I'm sure--Malkin has much more with updates.

**Possible VP candidate? I say it's too early but he comes from good stock.

***Jimmy Carter defends his handling of the Iranian hostage crisis...again.

****Look Under the Hood for the latest on Jodie Evans and Code Pink. Update: WSJ picks up the story.

*****Today, Roger Ebert is a frightened individual. Why? My theory: When the Princess Theater was renamed the Cinema, Ebert never got over it. Main St. Urbana was never the same, either. Even the food at Curry's Cafe didn't taste the same. The '60s was a turbulent decade.

BEN STEIN: RUNNING SCARED

In an American Spectator article, Ben Stein takes us back to the day Nixon resigned. It was 35 years ago Sunday, August 9. Stein worked for Nixon and was in the room when the president gave his parting remarks.

As a result of Nixon's resignation, Stein not only figured he'd lose his job, he was certain that his life was over, that he'd never work again. Well, it didn't turn out quite that bad--Stein worked plenty in the years following.

It's a thoughtful piece and one I'm sure you'll enjoy.

NOTE: I read Stein's American Spectator article the other day. This morning I read another piece about Stein--he lost his job at the New York Times. I'm sure he'll survive.

JACK CASHILL ADDS ANOTHER DIMENSION TO THE OBAMA BIRTHER CONTROVERSY

Recently, Andrew McCarthy wrote a piece about the birther issue. In it, he made mention of a passage from Obama's book, Dreams From My Father:

“Eventually a consulting house to multinational corporations agreed to hire me as a research assistant. Like a spy behind enemy lines, I arrived every day at my mid-Manhattan office and sat at my computer terminal,” begins the passage in question. “As far as I could tell I was the only black man in the company.”

When I read the passage, I thought of Jack Cashill, hoping he'd enter the controversy with his considerable knowledge of Obama's past. Well, Jack read the same article and decided to jump in. It's about time, Jack!

HOW DANGEROUS IS LIBERALISM?

Take a look at our country today, note the shape it's in and the direction it's headed, and I think you'll get a very good idea just how dangerous liberalism is. Malcolm Muggeridge, a man who knows a little more about the subject than most, explains how destructive he thinks it is. From Firing Line:

If you're a fan of Buckley, here's a recent article from The Atlantic: Daredevil.
