WHAT DID OBAMA KNOW AND WHEN DID HE KNOW IT?

Drudge did a good job mixing Obama/Nixon on his front page. Andrea Shea King dropped this masterpiece onto my Facebook page because she was sure I'd want to post it here. She'd be right.

I wonder, though, if we aren't getting too far ahead of ourselves on this issue, making more of it than is really there. You have to be careful with these fast moving, highly politicized DC battles. But I must say, no matter how you look this thing over, it does appear someone's hiding something, unless this is one of those complex, inside-the-beltway tactics that's way above my head.

Earlier today I heard a congressman use the famous phrase born of the Nixon/Watergate days: "What did he know and when did he know it." Could we be in this deep, I thought? Good chance we are. Time will tell on this score. First we have to get a full house vote and see where it goes from there. Personally, I don't think it makes it to the full house--a deal is in the works--this is a town of deals.

Either way, the truth of what happened, who was in charge, and who knew, must become part of the public record before any justice is arrived at. The law demands it, and the families of the dead deserve nothing less.

Be a man, Mr. President.

LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION !!--IT'S "MARATHON PUNDIT VIDEO" COVERING THE FINANCIAL AND POLITICAL MESS IN ILLINOIS

John Ruberry at Marathon Pundit is covering one of my favorite topics: the fall of the State of Illinois. Using his new feature, Marathon Pundit Video, Ruberry covered Dick Morris high atop The John Hancock Center as Morris commented on the situation Illinois finds itself in. Now don't get me wrong, I like the state--I was born there--but what Illinois is going through financially is a lesson that we all need to learn.

Illinois and California are in the same financial boat, so to speak, and that boat is takin' on water in the form of debt and a shrinking tax base. There's no goin' back to the port to pick up more cash. There is no cash. The important lesson here, as painful as it is, is that progressive policies do not work , never have, and never will. They all end in financial catastrophe.

What Illinois and California are about to go through is the result of many years--decades--of liberal, progressive spending policies and sweetheart deals with the unions. The resulting financial carnage will not be pretty nor will it be easy to get through, except for the politicians who've brought us to the brink of ruin. Each of them, as well as their loved ones, will be just fine. One more thing to consider here: this carnage I speak of is unavoidable. When you're bankrupt, you're bankrupt. There's going to be a painful period of recovery, and that time is nearby.

As we observe Illinois and California go through the process of total financial collapse, know too that other states are not far behind. These are just two of the worst cases on record, and since I was born in one and live in the other, I pay particular attention to what Ruberry posts on the subject.

The takeaway for me is this: We're told over and over again that liberal, progressive spending policies have brought us to this point. This is true. But it isn't quite accurate to say only liberals--democrats--are the cause of this financial failure and breakdown of the system. No, there was another party involved here as well--the republicans.

Oh, really, you say? Unless the democrats have super-majorities, they must have cooperation from the party across the aisle for passage of these massive spending plans that are repeated year after year, decade after decade. It's not one year of ridiculous spending that brings a state or the Federal government to its knees, it's years of cooperation from both sides that has brought this horror story to your household.

Both republicans and democrats share the same set of sheets, they attend the same cocktails parties that you aren't invited to but get to pay for. In other words, you and your loved ones are the suckers who get to pay for this mess, suffer through the many years of recovery and all the while the MSM telegraphs to you that it's the other party's fault. Bullshit on that.

Criminals of this nature have no real allegiance to any party or country, and until you get that through your head, you and your loved ones are doomed. These son-of-a-bitches holding political power--no matter the party--should be in jail, or under the jail for putting in jeapordy the greatest nation known to mankind. If America fails, the world fails. And when that happens, then you'll understand the true meaning of suffering.

U.S. FINANCES--OUR LIVES ARE NEAR THE EDGE, CHANGE IS ON THE WAY

Terresa Monroe-Hamilton's NoisyRoom Blog has a video interview with John Williams of shadowstats.com, an interview that deals with where we as a people and our financial systems are headed.

It's not one of those over-your-head econ discussions at all. It boils down to this: keep spending like you are (congress) and the main world currency--the dollar--will no longer be of value to you or anyone else. Williams sees a currency shift toward something backed by gold. But, without a doubt, if Washington continues its ways--spend, spend, spend--in time we will see changes in our lives that will not make us happy. Certainly your children and their children won't be happy with it. They'll be standing around wondering what the hell WE were thinking.

So after you're finished mourning Whitney, click over to NoisyRoom and learn something. That is all.

TREASURY RUNS SHORT ON CASH, BORROWS (STEALS) FROM PENSION FUNDS

Imagine this: Washington DC finds itself in a situation where it doesn't have enough of your money to pay the bills. What a shock! So, in a situation like this, DC moves to one of the other cookie jars that's filled with yet more of your money and dips its grubby little hands in and scoops out just enough to get by, plus expenses.

Hard to believe, I know, but it seems to happen more than we know. Yahoo! is reporting on just how this is done, and how your boy Timmy Geithner locates more of your money when he's running short of cash.

Read how you're being robbed and screwed all at the same time.

CHRISTMAS MESSAGES FROM OBAMA TO REAGAN

Merry Christmas to each and every one of you. This Christmas Season is a little different than the others I've experienced in the past 50 plus years.

It is my hope that you are with loved ones, enjoying this one special day of the year while not losing sight of the true meaning of this day.

I ask that you take a moment to compare and contrast two Christmas greetings from two very different presidents: Barack Obama--2011 and Ronald Reagan--1981. Video clips via Breitbart.tv

Here's a gift for all of you: The history of White House Christmas cards--Andrea Shea-King.

THE ANDREA SHEA KING SHOW ADDRESSES THE OBAMA ELIGIBILITY ISSUE WITH GEORGE MILLER AND GARY WILMOTT... PLUS SOME POSTS THAT CAUGHT MY ATTENTION

THE ANDREA SHEA KING SHOW--9 PM ET

**BIRTHER ALERT** This evening Andrea will be discussing a subject many in Washington wish would go away: Obama's ability to be on the ballot at the state level. Fact is, Obama is being challenged on several fronts as to his qualifications to be placed on some state ballots.

George Miller and Gary Wilmott will join Andrea tonight, providing a clearer picture of the problem facing Obama. Head over to Obamaballotchallenge.com and you'll see the enormity of the problem facing the Obama reelection team. After Washington blatantly ignores the will of the people, this is what happens: people dig in, forcing the powers that be to get back in line with the constitution.

Tune in tonight--9 PM ET. Chat will be open. Trolls will be there doing their damndest to educate you on their facts. It's always fun to watch them frolic about.

*****

I was busy this morning, so I didn't get around too much. But where I did go was plenty for the time being. Andrea posted "Tim Tebow: Praise the Lord and Pass the Ball!"

This Tebow--Tebowing--story is gaining strength, even down to the high school level where kids are being expelled for "Tebowing." It's incredible how a story like this sends the Left into fits of rage.

Andrea also posted a story about Gov. Haley endorsing Mitt Romney--"Everybody has a Price." A Tea Party darling justifies giving her support to a candidate who is anything but conservative, but Haley was able to do it. The Radio Patriot thinks there's something going on behind the scenes. She'd be right, too. Unbelievable.

Moving on to yet another post by Andrea, "European life died in Auschwitz" is a story that'll make you sit up straight, and think. Read it, pass it around too.

NoisyRoom's Terresa Monroe-Hamilton posts about Newt's favorite president of the 20th century--FDR. Having said that, you had to know Newt was going to get some blow back... and he did. TMH will take you apart at the seams for thinking you can play the American voting public for fools. "Regardless of what they told you in school, FDR sucked" puts light on the subject so that even the dumbest of doorknobs can understand.

Now don't forget--THE ANDREA SHEA KING SHOW--9 PM ET

**TONIGHT** HELEN TANSEY JOINS ANDREA TO DISCUSS OBAMA'S ELIGIBILITY

THE ANDREA SHEA KING SHOW--9PM ET

Yes, we're hitting the eligibility issue for the next couple nights whether anyone likes it or not. Some refer to it as the "birther" issue, and that's ok, but eligibility is what it's all about--that's why you never hear the term mentioned in the mainstream.

Over the past months there's been tremendous progress on the eligibility front. Many people--important people--have been working the issue behind the scenes as well as out in the open.

Well, it's all coming together now and it appears the issue will be inconveniencing certain people and groups, which is not a good thing for Obama, the democrats or the republican party. If this plays out the way I think it will, many people will have some explaining to do, especially those who bill themselves as conservatives. (The Call Center?)

Tune in tonight for all the details--9 pm et. Chat will be open. Trolls will be thick as molasses.

**TONIGHT--9PM ET** Kevin DuJan of Hillbuzz on The Andrea Shea King Show

Live from Boys Town, Hillbuzz' Kevin DuJan will be chatting with Andrea Shea King about Hillary Clinton and Islam. Specifically, this little clip:

"...Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is due to host OIC Secretary General Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu in Washington, DC in mid-December 2011 to discuss how the United States can implement the OIC agenda to criminalize criticism of Islam..."

This doesn't sound too dangerous, does it? Well, we think it does and Andrea will get DuJan's take on what Clinton has in store for us commoners here on the mainland. DuJan has lots to say and I expect this won't be the only topic covered this evening. As usual, DuJan brings a lot to the table and I have no doubt this will be yet another of his great interviews.

S&P VENDETTA AND PEDOPHILE NORMALIZATION

Posted by Ann Barnhardt August 18, AD 2011:

Those would be two discrete topics.

1. The Obama regime is now in full-blown political vendetta mode and is "probing" Standard & Poor's in retaliation for their downgrade. Two things:

A.) None of these people in the ratings houses are angels - don't get me wrong - but the financial regulatory bureaucracies in this country are manned by gross incompetents and function as de facto extra-legal enforcement mobs. The Brown Shirts are already here and have been here for quite some time. They are in these financial regulatory bureaucracies. They "punish" whoever the regime says needs to be punished and they steer and force blacklisted firms into financial non-viability and then facilitate the acquisition of whatever remains by the regime-friendly firms for pennies on the dollar. At the same time, massive ponzi schemes, blatant frauds and obvious criminal activities are overlooked so long as political donations go to the "right people". I have stories. Dear God, do I have stories . . . .

B.) Moody's and Fitch need to back S&P's play - and should have done so right from the beginning - and downgrade the U.S. too. Goodness knows a downgrade is more than warranted. These ratings outfits need to stick together. But, I have no idea if someone high-up in Moody's or Fitch is in bed with the Obama regime. It is all so corrupt and incestuous that it would be naive to assume that they are honest. BUT, they need to wise up and realize that Marxists have no sense of loyalty and will turn on them in a heartbeat when it suits their cause. With Marxists, it is kill or be killed. Just ask the 61 million Soviets or the 85 million Chinese that were murdered by their Marxist governments.

C.) Finally, one more time because I get the very strong sense that most people in this country simply aren't comprehending the financial situation: NO FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT that is based on "paper", "contracts", "notes" or "promises" is safe. Zeros and ones on computer servers are NON-EXISTENT ENTITIES that, up until this point, have been deemed by society to have value and meaning based upon the full faith and credit of the United States government and the financial system as a whole. We now know that the United States Government is completely DEVOID of faith OR credit, is totally insolvent, and is populated by the scum of the known universe. The same pretty much goes for the financial system. Moving your stock holdings from one portfolio profile to another, or from stocks to bonds, or even from stocks to cash is not really accomplishing the objective, which is to become as far removed from promise-based instruments as possible. If and when the big poop hits the big fan, the only things that will have any value whatsoever are things that you can physically stand in from of with a long gun and defend. And I'm dead serious. You can't physically defend zeroes and ones on a computer server. You can't even defend those pieces of paper that say "Federal Reserve Note" across the top, because the government can render those worthless without having to physically confiscate them simply by printing trillions more of them . . . which they are getting ready to do any day now. Long guns (Not handguns, people. You don't fight wars with pistols.), ammunition, freeze-dried food or MREs, water, water, water, fuel, medications, more guns, more ammo, more water, barter currencies (silver coinage), wealth-storing currencies (gold), more guns and more ammo - these things you can physically defend. Therefore, they are REAL ASSETS.

---------------------------------------------

2.) I tweeted an article earlier this week on the American Psychiatric Association moving to normalize pedophilia in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). Guys, this isn't some fringe outfit. The APA and the DSM is THE benchmark psychiatric text used in legal proceedings and the drafting and contesting of legislation. The APA normalized homosexuality in 1973, and instantaneously our societal and civilizational collapse commenced. But, I think everyone is missing a key point and motivation in all of this pedophilia stuff. Sure, pedophiles like Obama's "Safe-Schools Czar" Kevin Jennings want to be able to rape boys with legal protection.

(Google these terms: "Kevin Jennings Fistgate" and read up on how this guy organized pedophilia seminars for elementary school students teaching them how to cruise public restrooms and engage in the horrific evil of "fisting". BigGovernment.com exposed all of this in 2009 and NOTHING was ever said anywhere in the media, including Fox News. That was all the proof I needed that Fox News was in the tank just as much as all of the other outfits. Obama literally appointed a known pedophile to be "Safe-Schools Czar" and no one said a damn word.)

What this pedophilia legalization really has to do with is SHARIA LAW. In islam, men are allowed to have sex with children and infants. It is fully legally sanctioned not only by imams issuing doctrinal fatwas, but also by the hadiths and the koran itself. Pedophilia is intrinsic to islam. There are multiple citations in the koran ratifying and glorifying sex with children of both sexes. I covered those in my koran-burning YouTube video. The reason the APA is moving to "normalize" pedophilia, or as they call it, "attraction to minors", is so that the deck will be cleared for muslims and Sharia, and there will be no way to prosecute muslims for child rape.

Hillary Clinton is pushing the U.N. law that would make "defamation of religion" a crime. Of course by "religion" they are referring to islam and islam alone - even though islam is NOT a religion. But that mis-categorization is all part of the plan. Arresting and trying muslims for child rape would be in conflict with this U.N. muslim-supremacy act, thus pedophilia must be legalized and sanctioned in the U.S. statutes and in stare decisis (legal precedent). The fact of the matter is this: if my government legally sanctions pedophilia, then that government is not only dead to me, but it is my enemy. That is the ONLY moral response to such an act of evil. Get your heads around this, people. There is no way a moral human being can rationalize or justify allegiance to a government that sanctions the rape of children and infants. Lock and load.

"You Call This Winning?"--Ann Barnhardt

As Ann Barnhardt is known to do, she says what's on her mind. The war over Washington spending, the Tea Party reps in congress and Obama are on her mind today. Here's a snip from her American Thinker column, We The Stupid:

"I stand here in abject stupefaction. The so-called "right" or "Tea Party" in this republic is being so thoroughly rolled and defeated that I am struggling to come up with an adequate violent submission metaphor that does not involve prison rape . . . and they honesty think that they're "winning." Really? You call this winning?"

THE LATEST ON THE DEBT CRISIS TALKS

**Just received this via iPhone from Andrea Shea King. Andrea is inflight back to the Space Coast from an engagement over the weekend in NYC. She'll be talking about her trip and the debt crisis as well on tonight's Andrea Shea King Show--9 PM ET.

Speaker Boehner, GOP Leaders Outline Two-Step Approach to Cut Spending, Avoid Default

WASHINGTON, DC – House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) issued the following statement on the two-step approach for cutting spending and preserving the full faith and credit of the United States that GOP leaders discussed with their Republican colleagues today:
“Republicans have put forward a responsible, common-sense proposal that meets our obligations to the American people and preserves the full faith and credit of the United States. This plan is far from perfect, but it adheres to our principles of ensuring that spending cuts are greater than any debt hike and it includes no tax increases. Importantly, it reflects the principles of ‘Cut, Cap, and Balance.’
“Time is running short and it would be irresponsible for the President to veto this common-sense plan and run the risk of default. I would encourage the Senate to pass this plan and the President to sign it.”
NOTE: This two-step approach outlined by GOP leaders today will (1) make spending cuts that are larger than any debt ceiling increase; (2) implement spending caps to restrain future spending; and (3) advance the cause of the Balanced Budget Amendment – without tax hikes on families and job creators. Here is more information on the plan:
  • Cuts That Exceed The Debt Hike. The framework would cut and cap discretionary spending immediately, saving $1.2 trillion over 10 years (subject to CBO confirmation), and raise the debt ceiling by less – up to $1 trillion.
  • Caps To Control Future Spending. The framework imposes caps on discretionary spending that would establish clear limits on future spending and serve as a barrier against government expansion while the economy grows. Failure to remain below these caps will trigger automatic across-the-board cuts (otherwise known as sequestration).
  • Balanced Budget Amendment. The framework advances the cause of the Balanced Budget Amendment by requiring the House and Senate to vote on the measure after October 1, 2011 but before the end of the year, allowing the American people time to build sufficient support for this popular reform.
  • Entitlement Reforms & Savings. The framework creates a Joint Committee of Congress that is required to report legislation that would produce a proposal to reduce the deficit by at least $1.8 trillion over 10 years. Each Chamber would consider the proposal of the Joint Committee on an up-or-down basis without any amendments. If the proposal is enacted, then the President would be authorized to request a debt limit increase of $1.6 trillion.
  • No Tax Hikes. The framework includes no tax hikes, a key principle that Republicans have been fighting for since day one.
###
---------------------------------
Two-Step Approach to Hold President Obama Accountable Posted by Speaker Boehner's Press Office on July 25, 2011
All year long, House Republicans have led on the serious issues facing our country and set the terms of the debate over the debt limit. Republicans insisted if the President wants his debt ceiling increase, the American people will require serious spending cuts and reforms. This framework, while far from perfect, meets House Republicans’ criteria by (1) making spending cuts that are larger than any debt ceiling increase; (2) implementing spending caps to restrain future spending; and (3) advancing the cause of the Balanced Budget Amendment – without tax hikes on families and job creators. While this is not the House-passed “Cut, Cap, & Balance,” it is a package that reflects the principles of Cut, Cap, & Balance.
The framework outlines a two-step approach that would hold President Obama accountable and certify government spending continues to be cut as the debt ceiling is raised, despite the President’s demand for a $2.4 trillion debt limit increase all at once -- without spending cuts that exceed the hike. Here is more information on the plan:
CUTS THAT EXCEED THE DEBT HIKE
The framework includes spending cuts that would exceed the amount of the increased debt authority granted to the President. The framework would cut and cap discretionary spending immediately, saving $1.2 trillion over 10 years (subject to CBO confirmation), and raise the debt ceiling by less up to $1 trillion to approximately February. Congress must vote to cut spending FIRST. Then, the President may ask for debt authority of up to $1 trillion, which will be subject to a vote of disapproval by the House and Senate that can be vetoed by the President.
CAPS TO CONTROL FUTURE SPENDING
The framework imposes spending caps that would establish clear limits on future spending and serve as a barrier against government expansion while the economy grows. Failure to remain below these caps will trigger automatic across-the-board cuts (otherwise known as sequestration). This is the same mechanism used in the 1997 Balanced Budget Agreement.
BALANCED BUDGET AMENDMENT
The framework advances the cause of the Balanced Budget Amendment by requiring the House and Senate to vote on the measure after October 1, 2011 but before the end of the year, allowing the American people time to build sufficient support for this popular reform.
ENTITLEMENT REFORMS & SAVINGS
The framework creates a Joint Committee of Congress that is required to report legislation – by November 23, 2011 – that would produce a proposal to reduce the deficit by at least $1.8 trillion over 10 years. The committee would be made up of 12 members, three each appointed by the Speaker, House Minority Leader, Senator Majority leader and Senate Minority Leader. Co-chairs will be chosen by the Speaker and Senate Majority Leader. Each chamber would consider the proposal of the Joint Committee on an up-or-down basis without any amendments. It would not be subject to filibuster in the Senate. If the proposal is enacted, then the President would be authorized to request a debt limit increase of $1.6 trillion. The goal of the committee would be to produce legislation that reforms entitlement programs like Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security, protect them from bankruptcy, and put them on a sounder financial footing.
NO TAX HIKES
The framework includes no tax hikes, a key principle that Republicans have fought for since day one

SEA OF RED INK, CHINESE DEBT LARGER THAN ESTIMATED

The Radio Patriot posted an article that dives into the sea of red ink our federal, state and local governments are drowning in. And if they're drowning, so are we.

The report lays out the financial situation we're in, devoid of politics and emotion. The picture is not pretty--the way out is even less attractive.

After looking over the Radio Patriot report above, I ran into this item about our debt to China. It seems the Chinese hold more paper on us than was estimated.
What have we done?

AMERICA'S FIRST MEGACHURCH

If you watch Glenn Beck, you probably know about America's first megachurch. But I think it's safe to say that few people know the history of the church and our nation's founding. David Barton will walk you through the history of this church.

The takeaway: somewhere along the line history was rewritten and this important fact was eliminated. Since progressives know what's best for us, it's only fitting that they get to rewrite history as well. Right? Wrong!
