MYCHAL MASSIE DOES NOT LIKE THE OBAMAS

Mychal Massie does a beautiful job of expressing his feelings about the first family. Had I wrote this, I'd be expecting substantial blow back. I'm sure of it. Here's a snip:

"His wife treats being the First Lady, as her personal American Express Black Card (arguably the most prestigious credit card in the world). I condemn them because, as people are suffering, losing their homes, their jobs, their retirements, he and his family are arrogantly showing off their life of entitlement – as he goes about creating and fomenting class warfare."

TONIGHT: Ann Barnhardt stops by "The Andrea Shea King Show" to discuss Obama's latest problem: Ed Morrissey

Ann Barnhardt will be Andrea's guest this evening shortly after the top of the hour at 9 PM ET. ASK Show link here.

The other day, Ann climbed up Ed Morrissey's tree with two loaded bananas in hand and went about the business of trimming that tree. As I've said before, this little monkey's tougher than the back wall of a shootin' gallery, and when Ed's analysis of Obama caught Ann's attention, Ann did what Ann does best--she brought it to your attention. Here's the story as posted at Andrea's The Radio Patriot.

**Full disclosure here: Nearly three years ago I had a bit of a run-in with Morrissey over the eligibility issue, and that incident plays a part in the current flap because the story has since advanced. We know more now than we did several years ago, so the attention Morrissey has brought to the Obama eligibility issue is most fortuitous. The sad part being, Morrissey's credibility is now in question. Of course, that's just my opinion.

Many people have worked endless hours, lost jobs, spent their own money, gone to prison, only to receive little or no attention by those charged with the responsibility of watch-dogging our government. I couldn't begin to name all of them now, but they know who they are.

I will, however, mention one name: Andrew Breitbart.

Again, Ann Barnhardt tonight--THE ANDREA SHEA KING SHOW--9 pm et.

BUSY DAY--POSTING AT FACEBOOK

Hey, Folks. Thirdwave here. I have some doctor issues this morning--nothing serious, so this is to let you know I posted some very important pieces up at Facebook. Get over there and check them out. If you're like me--and I know I am--Glenn Beck will break your heart. Disappointed in the man. Just don't understand him--trust is waning.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MR. PRESIDENT!

Today is Ronald Reagan's Birthday. Boy do we need someone like "The Gipper" in the White House, but this election cycle doesn't have much in the way of a true conservative on the menu. John Ruberry of Marathon Pundit has put together a wonderful post about Reagan's birthday. Happy Birthday, Mr. President!

Over the weekend I was privy to an email thread dealing with the presidential elections. I was amazed at many of the comments. Here's the deal--my opinion--for this go-around: Mitt will be the republican nominee; Obama will be re-elected. If the MSM is completely stacked against you, then you will lose most times. This "my friends" is one of those times. Deal with it!

Also much talk over the weekend about Obama's eligibility case in Georgia. The decision was horrendous as well as frightening, and is direct evidence that this nation of ours no longer has a justice system. We now operate with just two branches of government, with one of those branches owning the other. So if you do the math on that proposition, we really operate with just one branch of government... and his name is Obama. If you're not scared yet, then you're plain stupid. The Radio Patriot has the details.

As of this writing, we're still not sure if we'll be having an Andrea Shea King Show this evening. Andrea was traveling across the Fruited Plain recently, Tea Party Express--Florida, and caught herself a cold--a whopper, so she's not completely up to par. We'll see how it plays out as the day goes on.

**TONIGHT** The Andrea Shea King Show--9 PM ET

The Andrea Shea King Show will be back on the air this evening at 9 PM ET. Andrea was summoned by the executive branch of The Campaign to Defeat Obama to attend some high-level meetings in Las Vegas. And without giving it away, I think you can figure out what the topic of discussion was.

Andrea, a co-chair at CDBO, has more at her site, The Radio Patriot--pics too!

Since stepping out of town for a few days, Andrea's returned to find that Newt is being savaged from one end of this nation to the other--even Florida! Especially Florida!! It's as if Newt struck a sensitive nerve (leading in the polls?) and the establishment decided it's time to put Newt's candidacy on the slab. If I do the math, knocking Newt out of the race makes Romney the republican nominee. Someone's nervous. But about what? We'll be talking about this on tonight's show so tune in at 9 PM ET.

Also of note: Obama's eligibility case was scheduled to continue in a Georgia courtroom today but not one person from Obama's side of the legal table bothered to show up--not even his lawyer. Legally speaking, thems some Large Testicles. Since you won't find much about this issue over at The Call Center, I suggest tuning into our show this evening because not only are we allowed to discuss this issue, we're not afraid to either. Btw, Andrea has a bit more on this at The Radio Patriot.

*TONIGHT* The Andrea Shea King Show--9 PM ET There's no limit to what we'll be talking about. Tune in this evening... chat room is open... call in # 646-478-4604

THE ANDREA SHEA KING SHOW ADDRESSES THE OBAMA ELIGIBILITY ISSUE WITH GEORGE MILLER AND GARY WILMOTT... PLUS SOME POSTS THAT CAUGHT MY ATTENTION

THE ANDREA SHEA KING SHOW--9 PM ET

**BIRTHER ALERT** This evening Andrea will be discussing a subject many in Washington wish would go away: Obama's ability to be on the ballot at the state level. Fact is, Obama is being challenged on several fronts as to his qualifications to be placed on some state ballots.

George Miller and Gary Wilmott will join Andrea tonight, providing a clearer picture of the problem facing Obama. Head over to Obamaballotchallenge.com and you'll see the enormity of the problem facing the Obama reelection team. After Washington blatantly ignores the will of the people, this is what happens: people dig in, forcing the powers that be to get back in line with the constitution.

Tune in tonight--9 PM ET. Chat will be open. Trolls will be there doing their damndest to educate you on their facts. It's always fun to watch them frolic about.

*****

I was busy this morning, so I didn't get around too much. But where I did go was plenty for the time being. Andrea posted "Tim Tebow: Praise the Lord and Pass the Ball!"

This Tebow--Tebowing--story is gaining strength, even down to the high school level where kids are being expelled for "Tebowing." It's incredible how a story like this sends the Left into fits of rage.

Andrea also posted a story about Gov. Haley endorsing Mitt Romney--"Everybody has a Price." A Tea Party darling justifies giving her support to a candidate who is anything but conservative, but Haley was able to do it. The Radio Patriot thinks there's something going on behind the scenes. She'd be right, too. Unbelievable.

Moving on to yet another post by Andrea, "European life died in Auschwitz" is a story that'll make you sit up straight, and think. Read it, pass it around too.

NoisyRoom's Terresa Monroe-Hamilton posts about Newt's favorite president of the 20th century--FDR. Having said that, you had to know Newt was going to get some blow back... and he did. TMH will take you apart at the seams for thinking you can play the American voting public for fools. "Regardless of what they told you in school, FDR sucked" puts light on the subject so that even the dumbest of doorknobs can understand.

Now don't forget--THE ANDREA SHEA KING SHOW--9 PM ET

CATCHING UP: CAIN PRESSER, GOP DEBATE, SHERIFF ARPAIO ARRIVING IN ORLANDO, AND OTHER ITEMS OF INTEREST

I've been busy this week--doctors--and haven't been able to spend as much time blogging as I'd like, so I'll catch up this morning on a few items.

Herman Cain's presser the other day went better than I thought it would. Cain's in a difficult spot having to prove a negative--all in all I think it went very well. I thought his lawyer's opening remarks set the tone perfectly--it was as if he was presenting closing remarks to the jury. Excellent idea. And when Cain came to the podium, he presented himself as well as he could and did something our Dear Leader rarely does--Cain took lots of questions from the press.

This type of political lynching is nothing new, especially for the operatives out of the Illinois/Chicago Combine. This is how the Obama machine has always operated, and it's how Obama so successfully won his campaigns from the very start, with the exception of the loss to Bobby Rush--The Radio Patriot revisits Obama's political beginnings in Illinois and his staffer's MO when entering into a campaign. It's dirty, hardball politics where the ends justify the means.

Last night's republican presidential debates, put on by CNBC, had people focused on mainly two of the candidates--Cain and Perry. Cain because of the ongoing controversy of sexual harassment allegations, and Perry because he has posted several poor debate performances and this put Perry in a position to redeem himself in future debates. Perry has admitted that he hates debating and isn't the best at it--so true--but last night Perry stumbled badly when he needed to just get through the debate with no mistakes. Well it didn't turn out that way at all. Perry stumbled so badly that the gaffe will go down in debate history as one of the worst, and possibly the beginning of the end for his campaign. 53 of the longest and painful seconds in the annals of debate history. As of this morning, Perry insists he's staying in the race--when the polls and contributions head south, Perry will probably have a change of heart. There's just so much the experts can do to rebuild a candidate after so many missteps. If a candidate is to have a chance in any political campaign, at the very least he must present well in debates. Perry has proven he is not able to do this.

The other candidates did just fine last night--aside from Perry's gaffe, he did a good job, but the gaffe was so monumental that it will be the only thing remembered from his performance. Cain was forceful and in command of the issues, though he was laughed at as he reminded the audience again and again of his 9-9-9 economic plan. Now this CNBC debate was focused on economic issues but Maria was somehow able to fashion a question that involved Cain's recent sexual harassment problems. It was low class and had no place in this debate. It's a legit question, just not in this particular debate. Others, I'm sure, will disagree. The audience booed as the question was posed to Cain, then boos again erupted from the audience when Maria attempted to involve Mitt into the controversial question. Mitt deflected the question, saying he wasn't going to respond. Cain's response to her inquiry was perfectly acceptable, I thought.

The remaining candidates did a good job too. Mitt seemed presidential, in command of the issues, never stumbling. Overall, he helped himself. Ron Paul, a candidate that's hard to argue with unless, of course, he ventures into his foreign policy stances. I'm sure his supporters were pleased with his presentation. Bachmann didn't do much to enhance herself, nothing remarkable from her, just the standard Bachmann positions, so she didn't move up in the ratings. She's in a deep hole when it comes to her polling, but there's plenty of time for her to get back into the race. Money must becoming an issue with her campaign. We'll soon see how that plays out.

Being his usual energetic self on the issues, Santorum did as he usually does but can't seem to get out of the blocks when it comes to polling. It could be that this isn't his cycle. There's more presidential cycles ahead for this former senator, I don't think this is his time, though. Jon Huntsman--great job, maybe his best. Again, he's an unknown factor with little name recognition.

One of the winners from last night was Newt Gingrich, who is slowly moving up the political charts. I think he's underestimated, cunning and the smartest man in the room. His command of the issues are second to none and the other candidates know it. The panelists are aware of it too and must dislike asking him questions because he's too smart to allow a panelist to cut the ring off on him, not allowing himself to get caught in one of their traps. Newt's more than willing, as he's shown in all the debates, to give as good as he gets, especially when it comes to the media's coverage and types of questions. He's been there, done that. Watch his candidacy.

The winners last night: Newt and Herman. Losers: Rick Perry and CNBC's Maria and Jim Cramer.

*****OTHER NEWS*****

***A man who has been savaged by the msm for years--Sheriff Joe Arpaio--will be arriving in Orlando for the Choose Liberty 2012 conference. However, the msm who's usually not far behind Arpaio, is not providing coverage on the event so far. (Arpaio is investigating Obama's eligibility) We're still wondering if they'll even cover it. Well, not to worry. Our own Andrea Shea King will be there to cover the event for The Tea Party Magazine. When the msm fails to do its job, King, a big player in the New Media, is more than willing to travel to Orlando to do the job the msm refuses to do. Look for her reporting this weekend. Details at her site, The Radio Patriot. Andrea has an additional post about Karl Rove. He's no friend to the conservative movement. I think we're all beginning to realize this. Andrea reports on this too.

***John Ruberry, our man from the Greater ChicagoLand area, blogging at Marathon Pundit, is traveling to Denver for Freedonworks' BlogCon event. Tune to his blog for details and his final report. Good luck, John, and thanks for being so involved in the process. Ruberry is one of the best.

***My health situation has changed so I'll be updating my many blog friends and family very soon on how that's going. For now, I'm feeling just great. I'm about to enter into some very serious procedures and will be updating. And I've planned to document the process the best I can with blog posts and videos from the hospital because I'll soon be going in for at least four weeks and quite possibly as many as seven. More on that soon.

***TONIGHT: THE ANDREA SHEA KING SHOW--9pm et. Chat room will be open and the call in number is 1-646-478-4604. Author Brenda Elliott will be our guest this evening, and we've confirmed Jack Abramoff for Nov 21st. Mark your calendars!

***Finally, seriously consider supporting The Campaign to Defeat Barack Obama. It's one of the most important, effective organizations and deserves our support. Stop by to contribute and don't forget to sign up for their email alerts. This is the type of org that will help in bringing down Obama in his quest for a second term at 1600. Lloyd Marcus is the Chairman, Andrea Shea King is the Vice-Chair. We need your support more than ever. Ridding our nation of a Marxist is expensive, so do what you can. Thanks.

"SYNTHESIZING JUSTIAGATE"--Ann Barnhardt

I think it's official: The eligibility issue is working its way back to the front burner. That is, for those who aren't afraid to discuss the issue. We realize there's some folks out there who are not allowed to discuss this issue because their jobs depend on following orders from up above. Mostly, I think, many fear being labeled by their peers. Keep in mind: Place of birth and the actual birth document aren't the most important factors here--eligibility, according to the constitution, is. Remember that.--Thirdwavedave.

*****

POSTED BY ANN BARNHARDT - OCTOBER 24, AD 2011 12:38 PM MST

Now a quick expansion on the Justia.com sedition issue. Here is what I SUSPECT happened with regards to Obama's elevation to power. This is just my theory given the evidence. Since there is no longer any journalism in this country, people like me are left to assemble the facts as best they can, and then parse and synthesize those facts into the most likely theory. I wish I didn't have to do this. I wish that journalists would dig for and then report the truth. But since they refuse, this is the best that we can do.

From the get-go in 2007, Obama wanted to run against McCain. Here is a quote from an AP story dated 2/2/2008 :

Obama advisers have said privately for months that McCain would be their preferred opponent among all those who sought the GOP nomination.

Citation URL here:
http://en.trend.az/regions/world/ocountries/1125644.html

The thing that has ALWAYS bothered me the most about the 2008 election was NOT the ascendency of Obama himself. That is no mystery. The truly imbecilic electorate in this country was told by the media to vote for the black guy, because voting for the black guy would wash all of their sins away. Good people vote for the black guy, and to so much as ASK a question about his background or qualification is RAAACIST. And the sheep ran to the slaughter, as they were told. This is no mystery.

The mystery is the fact that McCain was a weak, Bob Dole-esque candidate who was performing poorly in the primaries, and then all of a sudden, Romney dropped out and McCain was it. It was bizarre. Now I think we know, to some extent, what happened.

Yes, McCain was indeed a Bob Dole redux. McCain had an unattractive personality and comportment, somewhat like Dole, was an injured war hero, like Dole, and was just on the cusp of being too old to run, like Dole. The whispered cover-story was, "It's his turn. He spent five years in the Hanoi Hilton. Let him have this."

But that isn't why Obama wanted McCain. Obama wanted McCain because McCain provided Obama with cover vis-a-vis Obama's eligibility. McCain was born on a U.S. Naval Air Station in the Panama Canal zone, and thus there was a question about his eligibility per Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution. Was McCain born on U.S. soil?

Note the question: Was McCain born ON U.S. SOIL.

A big hullabaloo was made about this, climaxing in Senate Resolution 511, co-sponsored by Senator Barack Obama himself, affirming that McCain was eligible under Article 2 Section 1. Here is that URL:

http://www.opencongress.org/bill/110-sr511/text

Note the date: April 10, 2008. We now know that at EXACTLY the same time as these Resolution 511 thrashings were going on, Justia.com was scrubbing all mentions of Minor v. Happersett from their SCOTUS archives. Now some argue that these rulings were still available on LexisNexis and WestLaw. That's right. But LexisNexis and WestLaw are expensive PAY services. Justia.com is the only real FREE online law library. How many Americans are going to fork out the big bucks for access time on LexisNexis or WestLaw to investigate SCOTUS precedents for the definition of "Natural Born Citizen"? Uh, you could probably count the total on one hand, and still be able to pick your nose.

Obama wanted to shift the focus from the definition of "Natural Born" and the focus on the parents to the physical location of birth as the one and only relevant factor - when it is NOT the only relevant factor. Obama was confident, having Marxist co-conspirators in Hawaii who were ready to perjure themselves with regards to his original birth certificate, that he could fake his way to proving that he was born in Hawaii. He thought that he could wave the "certificate of live birth", which is the document generated for foreign-born children like his sister, Maya, and that this would satisfy the lapdog press. If any further questions came up, he could get a Hawaii state official to lie and say that they had "physically seen" his original long-form birth certificate, even though no such thing existed. Remember, Marxists lie, and they lie without the slightest compunction. This was no big deal and is EXACTLY what was accomplished.

Back to Justia.com . The meme that was put out in the press with regards to the question of the definition of "Natural Born Citizen" was that the term was totally ambiguous and had never been defined. THIS IS THE BIG LIE THAT JUSTIA.COM WAS COVERING. The term had been defined by SCOTUS in a UNANIMOUS decision in 1875. The case was Minor v. Happersett, and the Minor decision had been cited in subsequent cases as precedent. This is what Justia.com edited away so that if any journalists or citizens were to go online and research the question using standard search engines, they would come up dry and never see Minor or any of the subsequent case law citing Minor without having an expensive pay subscription to either Lexis or WestLaw.

Here is a quote from a Washington Post piece about McCain's eligibility dated May 2, 2008. Emphasis mine.

But Sarah H. Duggin, an associate law professor at Catholic University who has studied the "natural born" issue in detail, said the question is "not so simple." While she said McCain would probably prevail in a determined legal challenge to his eligibility to be president, she added that the matter can be fully resolved only by a constitutional amendment or a Supreme Court decision.

"The Constitution is ambiguous," Duggin said. "The McCain side has some really good arguments, but ultimately there has never been any real resolution of this issue. Congress cannot legislatively change the meaning of the Constitution."

Here's a hotlink to this WaPo citation.

That is a stone-cold lie. There HAD been a resolution in the form of a UNANIMOUS SCOTUS decision in Minor that explicitly definined NBC as a citizen born to two U.S. citizen parents.

Duggin almost certainly knew this, being a law professor who had claimed to have studied the Natural Born issue "in detail". Duggin, like Justia.com, has some serious explaining to do, and may be staring down a sedition charge.

So, in conclusion, I think the reason that Obama wanted McCain is because McCain provided cover and shifted the eligibility issue from the nationality of the parentage, which CLEARLY and OBVIOUSLY disqualified Obama as unanimously defined and codified by SCOTUS in Minor, and shifted the focus the the physical locale of birth, which Obama was confident he could bluff.

And here we sit, with our government usurped by a Marxist-Communist cabal, fronted by a puppet who can only produce a forged birth certificate that is so laughably obvious in its forgery that it defies belief. And we are mere weeks away from a global financial collapse, with said usurping contingent fanning the flames of hot civil war, and doing everything it can to start World War 3.

The Rule of Law matters. Article 2 Section 1 matters, and was written for a reason. Am I a Birther? You're damn straight I am.

Please see the post immediately above for a collection of Denninger's authoritative and objective proofs of the April 27 birth certificate forgery.

Final note: I do NOT believe that McCain is directly involved in this. The man spent five years in the Hanoi Hilton. No, he is not personally involved in elevating a Communist to the White House. McCain is, like the rest of them, a power-hungry, money-hungry man who isn't too terribly bright. He is just another "useful idiot". His time in the Hilton didn't spare him from his own character flaws, but a Communist he is not.

WHY IS TRUMP PLAYING THE ELIGIBILITY CARD? AND IS IT TIME FOR ANOTHER "BIRTHER WEEK" ON THE ANDREA SHEA KING SHOW? YOU DECIDE

Why is Donald Trump pushing the Obama eligibility issue? I don't have a clue. And I suspect only a few know the real answer to that question.

Whatever Trump's motivation, it's a good thing that someone with a platform, a voice, and guts, is sounding off on what could be the biggest constitutional crisis since Nixon finally realized his political fortunes were headed for chapter 7.

I do know Trump is not a "shot and a beer" kinda guy; he's not "working class" by any stretch of the imagination. In the success category, Trump is an over-achiever, fabulously rich and lives in a world few could understand. Trump also has the weight of the world on his shoulders. He's not just rich and famous, he carries around with him the responsibility that comes with all that success--he's a producer. He creates. What's more, Trump's a survivor.

People view Trump as a self-promoting builder of high rises, each adorned with his name. But Trump is not just a name--Trump's a brand. It's true, Trump builds, he promotes, he creates, and not just buildings, either. Trump creates the one thing Obama couldn't create if his life depended on it: jobs. Obama talks about creating jobs, Trump just does it.

Again, I have no idea what motivates Trump when it comes to the eligibility issue. I just know he has brought the issue to the forefront and it's not going away until the question is answered. Who will answer the question? Well, it'll either be congress, the MSM, or the more likely source will be the "new media." I'm going with the NM.

For those on the right who've gone to great pains to label this issue as a conspiracy theory, and those of us who pursue it as conspiracy theorists, nut jobs, fringe elements and the like, I have a piece of advice for you: get with the program lest it hits you like a freight train, because this issue is about to pull into the station.

And for those of you who bravely pursue the eligibility issue, I have some advice for you as well: limit your questioning, your investigation, to what you actually know is true. For now, we do know Obama's father, Obama, Sr., was not an American citizen and therefore his son--your current president--is not eligible under Art 2, Sec 1 of the constitution.

The other undisputed fact: your president refuses to show a long-form birth certificate, fights its exposure through the court system, and will not identify the actual location of his birth, i.e., the hospital. Of course, a court or congress could visit art 2, sec 1 and "reinterpret" what our Founders meant by it, thus giving Obama the green light to finish the job of destroying what remains of our nation. In my opinion, this will not happen, and if it does, it will not stand. Period.

Today, we are John Galt. Even Donald Trump.
